Shipping Cost
- Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it is required to be delivered
- Pricing is based on the size and weight of the order.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 days of order payment.
Majority of orders arrive within 7 days of dispatch, however larger and bulkier items may require up to 2 weeks for transit.
Bulky Items
Bulky items are typically items that are over 25kg, these items generally will incur an additional surcharge for tailgate trucks to offload the products for delivery to residential areas.

Order Tracking
Once the courier has assigned a tracking number, you will receive an email from us with the link and tracking number to track your parcel.
International Delivery
We currently only deliver within Australia, however if you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase from us, feel free to send us an email at sales@homegymaustralia.com.au and we can help deliver this special order to you.
