The amount of pressure that the bumps apply to your body can be controlled through simple techniques. On a side-to-side movement several of the bumps will simultaneously be in contact with your body creatubg a deeper, more penetrating feeling with a change in direction going from back-and-forth you can reduce the area of contact to just a light gentle massage.
